FAQ
We meet at the Wroclaw by Bike office at Świebodzki Train Station – and that’s also where the tour ends. When facing the station, turn right and look for our neon signs.
Just bring the essentials. Every bike is equipped with a front basket where you can store your personal items. We’ll provide you with: - a hygienic head liner - a helmet - a bike lock - a reflective vest
YES! We are at the very best location you can imagine. We are situated right next to two large food courts, where everyone can find something delicious to eat or drink.
At our office, we have a dedicated locker with shelves where you can safely store your items. However, please don’t leave valuables such as wallets, laptops, or other expensive items in the locker.
If there’s light rain, we’ll give you a rain poncho to keep you dry. In case of heavy rain or thunderstorms just before the tour, we’ll wait up to 30 minutes for the weather to improve. If bad weather catches us during the ride, we’ll try to find a safe and dry place to wait it out. Please note: we don’t cancel tours due to weather unless conditions are extreme (e.g., tropical rain or lightning storms). In such cases, you’ll receive a 50% refund.
We meet 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. If you arrive too late and the tour has already started, we’ll check on-site if it’s possible to reschedule your tour for another time.
If you’re over 12 years old and taller than 160 cm (5’3”), you’re more than welcome! :) Our bikes are easy to ride and operate. The intuitive Yamaha motor makes any distance feel effortless – whether you’re a retiree or a teenager.
Our standard groups range from 4 to 15 people. If you’d like to arrange a private tour for a different number of participants – just get in touch with us.
Riding a bike is like breathing – you don’t forget how, and you usually don’t even think about it. Come by! There's a large open square in front of our office where you can practice before the tour.
Not at the moment, unfortunately. We’ll let you know as soon as that changes.
